Music & Movement Group Time
Today in the Hikurangi group we focused on music and movement.
The tamariki love to dance and this is a great way for them to move their bodies to the rhythm and to move in different ways.
The children are experiencing an environment where they gain confidence in and control of their bodies. The tamariki moved their bodies by wiggling their hips, jumping, doing different exercises, spinning around and lots of other ways. The tamariki are becoming more confident to control the movements of their own bodies, while having lots of fun!
