Playing with loose parts
In the Prep Room the children have been exploring, designing and constructing with loose parts. These loose parts can be made up of a variety of objects such as cans and cardboard tubes. What may seem to some as just recycling can create hours of learning for our children.
The children are exploring shape and size and creating some wonderful buildings. some of the designs are inspired by things around them such as police stations or inspiring buildings such as the leaning tower of Pisa. The children are even creating their own inspiring designs.
The future of engineering and architecture will be bright with these inspiring creations!
