Showing our love for Plunket
As part of our annual Plunket appeal, here at BestStart Omahu we have been working alongside some amazing local small businesses who have gifted us some of their products for our raffle. We have been able to work cohesively together to create some amazing raffles and prizes.
It has filled the centre with a lot of laughs, shared memories of childhoods which has strengthened whanaungatanga within the centre environment. We have been fortunate to raise over $535.00 for this appeal, which we are so incredibly thankful and proud of. We would like to say a massive thank you to the local small businesses we have been able to work alongside with to make this week possible and the prizes so valuable. Throughout this week the children were very happy to see the entire centre decorated and positive vibe that this appeal brought to the centre.
We will continue to work alongside Plunket to raise awareness of the services that Plunket provide within the community.
