Wow, what a cool visit we had from St John today.  Sue was absolutely awesome with our tamariki and had them engaged from the start, teaching them about what to do in an emergency.  How to keep themselves safe and also, how to prevent themselves from getting injured.  Our tamariki were engrossed in her presentation and learnt why an ambulance uses lights and sirens and what types of uniforms people wear who can help you in an emergency.  They even got to practice how to use a bandage if someone needed help.

It was an amazing morning and we cannot thank St Johns enough for coming in and helping our children to understand how they can help in an emergency.
