BestStart Beckenham

We moved from our previous daycare as this one was closer to home and much more practical location-wise, especially with our oldest starting school soon and the other two still in daycare. As you can imagine, it took a bit of convincing for my wife since the last place was great, and mums don’t like change. Plus, we were a bit hesitant at first with the perception of a typical chain-operated, generic company. But wow, have we been impressed three months in! This has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for the kids. They handled the transition better than we could have ever imagined and are absolutely thriving. Both sets of grandparents have even commented on how much better BestStart Beckenham is and how well the kids are doing. The staff are amazing and create such a warm, community-friendly atmosphere. Both children are extremely happy we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

"I can honestly say that the caretakers at BSB in both the nursery and preschool are PHENOMENAL. The nursery holds a special place in my heart, from the day of our visit the team there made me feel so reassured, and loved. They listened to my concerns or worries (mostly about naptime ha!) and made sure to work on a plan with me that would best suit my child. They were great in providing updates and photos every day and I truly felt like they became part of our family. Same goes for the preschool team - I knew my toddler would transition well from babyhood to toddlerhood with their program for the year and their high attention to individual care."
