Our Nursery room, practices primary care, where each child is allocated a primary caregiver. This enables our pepe (babies) to form a genuine bond with their teacher and in return creates lasting attachments. These special and trusting relationships encourage children as they grow to develop relationships with others as well as enables infants and toddlers to develop a strong sense of belonging and therefore confidence. Your child's primary caregiver is responsible for their daily routines (nappy changes, bottles/feeding, sleep patterns and development progress). We know that communication between home and centre is important and we provide a notebook for our under 1 year olds that goes between the nursery and home, letting you know what their day has involved. Our nursery provides a warm and loving environment based on nurturing moments and engaging activities. Our teachers have the expertise and knowledge to provide appropriate experiences that enhance and stimulate social and emotional growth, ensuring the needs of our babies/infants and toddlers are always met.

We're often complimented on the layout of our centre and how well-connected our classrooms are. The open design allows teachers and tamariki of all ages to interact easily, creating a sense of community and making transitions feel seamless. Our spacious, purpose-built centre also features excellent indoor-outdoor flow, with established gardens and large trees that offer both shade and shelter—while still letting in plenty of beautiful natural light.
Nursery(Under 2's)
Preschool(Over 2's)
Our Preschool has an age range of 2-5 year olds, meaning the atmosphere is alive with fun learning and activities. Our children develop lovely tuakana-teina relationships where our older more experienced children guide and teach the younger children. We focus on seven key areas: fostering lifelong learners, strong and healthy bones, curious minds, communication, sense of self and belonging, literacy and numeracy and language and culture. These key areas contribute to an inclusive learning environment that encourages a love of learning, establishes self-management skills, masters both fine and gross motor skills and promotes exploration and discovery. We also support our children to develop their awareness of the alphabet, letters, sounds and concepts of print.
