Our Nursery is a calm, nurturing space where your pēpi can feel safe, secure and at home while they are away from their whānau. Our caring teachers take the time to get to know each child, providing gentle support and responsive care that allows them to settle in, build trusting relationships and explore at their own pace.

• Start with Heart: Our youngest tamariki are supported through nurturing relationships, responsive care and play-based experiences that build emotional wellbeing, confidence and important early skills.
• A calm start to childcare: We create a relaxed environment where pēpi can follow their own rhythms and feel comfortable as they become familiar with their teachers and surroundings.
• Learning through play: Age-appropriate experiences encourage children to explore, discover and develop their growing confidence and independence.

Our Nursery provides a home away from home, giving you reassurance that your pēpi is cared for in a warm and nurturing environment while they begin their early learning journey.

Our Explorers Room is designed for children aged 2–3 years, giving them the space and freedom to explore, discover and grow in confidence. At this age, children are becoming increasingly curious and independent, so our teachers provide engaging experiences that encourage them to have a go, make choices and learn through play.

• Growing independence: Children are supported to develop self-help skills and take increasing ownership of everyday routines, building confidence for the next stage of their learning.
• Creative exploration: Hands-on experiences encourage curiosity, imagination and discovery, giving children opportunities to follow their interests and learn through play.
• Learning with friends: Children build social skills through shared play, developing friendships, communication and confidence as they learn alongside their peers.

Our Explorers Room gives your child the freedom to discover what they can do, while caring teachers provide the encouragement and support they need to grow into confident, capable learners.

Our Preschool Room provides a balance of teacher-guided and child-led learning, giving children aged 3–4 years the freedom to follow their interests while being supported with new ideas and experiences. Thought-provoking provocations encourage tamariki to ask questions, explore possibilities and develop their curiosity through play.

• Set for School: Children are introduced to experiences that build early literacy, numeracy, social and independence skills, helping them develop confidence for their future transition to school.
• Learning through curiosity: Open-ended experiences encourage children to investigate, experiment and think creatively as they make sense of the world around them.
• Growing confidence: Teachers support children to make choices, share ideas and take increasing ownership of their learning.

Our Preschool Room gives children the freedom to lead their own learning, while thoughtful teacher support helps them build the confidence and skills they need for their next stage.

Our Extension Room is designed to support tamariki aged 4–5 years as they grow in confidence, independence and readiness for school. With a strong focus on Set for School, children are encouraged to take increasing ownership of their learning, build practical skills and feel confident about their next big step.
