BestStart Cranford Street, where diversity lives and whanaungatanga grows

We pride ourselves in being a creative and bubbly centre with four classrooms, supporting productive partnerships (ka hikitia) and fostering children's learning and development through every age and stage.

We value children’s play as part of the learning journey through adventure, fun, and friendship. Our tamariki (children) develop independence, confidence, and skills that set them up for a lifelong love of learning.

Our son has recently started here and we couldn’t recommend it more. This is the first time he has been to a daycare and all of the staff have been very supportive, knowledgeable and caring. The teachers seem to take individual notice of progress that is being made by our son. The manager Kylie has been great. She answered all of my 20 questions that I had prior to us starting as we were unable to visit to have a look around before signing up (due to living in the North Island). Although they do provide a trial period.
