BestStart Halswell Road

At BestStart Halswell Road our curriculum is developed with the children for the children.

Our heart leads our relationships and this helps us have meaningful connections with whānau and tamariki that allow us to understand exactly what aspiring learning we can help facilitate. 

We like to make each day a fun adventure for all of our tamariki and are passionate about celebrating diversity and educating our centre community on important causes, so we often have cultural celebrations and fundraising events at our centre.

We are on the main road heading into Halswell with the Halswell Domain and Halswell Quarry in walking distance where we visit on our spontaneous outings.
The children at our centre bring their own lunch boxes, which helps them to develop the self-care lunch box skills they will need when they start school. Nutritious morning and afternoon teas are provided each day.
