At BestStart Johnstones Road Kindy, we are proud to be part of the vibrant Ōtara community, providing a warm, nurturing, and culturally responsive learning environment for our tamariki.

We believe every child deserves the best start in life. Our passionate and caring kaiako support each child to explore, grow, and thrive through play-based learning, grounded in Te Whāriki, Aotearoa New Zealand’s early childhood curriculum, alongside our local curriculum.

To support the health and wellbeing of our tamariki, we provide nutritious meals three times a day, ensuring children have the energy to learn and play. We also offer a van pick-up and drop-off service to make it easier for whānau to access quality early learning.
