Our five nurturing and knowledgeable teachers provide a Primary Care Approach which enables teachers to develop trusting relationships with individual tamariki and their whanau. We are then able to recognize tamariki interests and development and put in place strategies and learning experiences to support these, based on what we know about each whanau language, culture and identity.

Discover our unique rooms
We pride ourselves on our age-appropriate learning spaces so our children have the freedom to actively engage with the learning space for their age and stage. We have three specialised age-based rooms to provide the most meaningful, intentional, and stimulating environment for each child. Children ‘learn by doing’ and here learning is encouraged through play and a fun-filled environment. All learning environments have beautiful outdoor learning environments with water streams, sandpits, vegetable gardens
Titoki Room(Infants)
Taiko Room(Toddlers)
This room carries the Primary Care approach through for our toddler tamariki. In here teachers provide a space of co-dependency, an environment for children to develop their self- help skills. They are assigned a guardian teacher to continue with maintaining their Mana Atua (sense of well-being), Mana Whenua (sense of belonging), Whanaungatanga (sense of family connection), and their learning development.
Horomatangi Room(Preschool)
This is where our well established Set for School programme is an integral part of our practice. Our learning environment is designed to support children who are entering the stage of getting ready to go to primary school. In here we scaffold children’s independent skills such as taking responsibility for their belongings, knowing lunchbox etiquette, and setting them up for success once they turn five and graduate.
Outdoor Area
Our spacious outdoor area has been newly renovated with modern, natural resources to allow children to explore freely, socialise and learn through play.
