Our vision emphasizes individuality, honesty, and kindness, encouraging children to grow in a supportive atmosphere. Our unique learning spaces cater to the diverse needs of our tamariki, helping them develop confidence and self-esteem as they prepare for primary school.

Located in Takanini, our centre offers a thoughtfully designed environment that promotes calmness and tranquility amidst the busy lives of our tamariki. Each of our five distinct learning spaces has been carefully curated to engage and inspire, with resources that extend the interests of the children. From our serene Whare Kai, where all meals are enjoyed together, to our vibrant play areas, every part of our centre is designed to support children’s holistic development.

We have five distinct rooms that offer a blend of literacy, numeracy, imaginative play, and creative exploration, supporting holistic development and preparation for school. From literacy and numeracy activities to imaginative play in our family fantasy playroom and creative exploration in our construction room, children are encouraged to make their own decisions, experiment, and learn through play. The unique configuration of our rooms, combined with our teachers’ commitment to nurturing a love for reading and writing, helps children build the confidence and skills they need to thrive in primary school.

"The centre is secure, measures in place to ensure children safety e.g the room doors, then the front entrance door as well as the safety gates. All the teachers including the receptionist and cook are all engaged and aware of my child's wants and needs, regardless of whether they are her key teacher or not. I also feel confident in the training of staff. If an emergency occurred e.g choking, I trust that the staff have had regular trainings to deal with these situations efficiently.
