Our Kākano Room is for infants from three months to two years of age. This room provides a calm and relaxing space where our wonderful kaiako follow each child’s home routine to create a home away from home. Our dedicated teachers ensure each child feels special and can develop at their own pace. Infants also have their own outdoor area to explore.

Kākano Room(3 months - 2 years)
Koru and Puāwai (Toddler's Room)
We have two dedicated spaces for our toddlers, Koru and Puāwai. Our wonderful toddler kaiako are dedicated to providing a fun and interactive environment for tamariki to learn and develop. The toddler rooms also offer a rest or sleep after lunch for those who need it. Toddlers have their own dedicated outdoor area to explore.
Rimu, Kauri and Pōhutukawa(Preschool Rooms)
We have three preschool rooms, Rimu, Kauri and Pōhutukawa, catering for children aged three to six.
The Rimu Room is for our youngest preschoolers and supports their transition from the toddler rooms. Kauri and Pōhutukawa are mixed-age rooms for our older tamariki.
All of our preschool rooms offer fun and engaging activities that enable tamariki to explore and learn through play. Our Set for School programme runs throughout the day, helping tamariki develop the skills they need for their transition to school.
The preschool rooms share a playground, giving children the opportunity to choose whether they would like to play inside or outside.
