Meet the BestStart Raumati team
Our caring and passionate team of kaiako are at the heart of BestStart Raumati. We believe strong, trusting relationships provide the foundation for children to feel safe, secure, and confident to learn.
Our kaiako take the time to get to know each tamaiti and their whānau, recognising the unique strengths, interests, culture, and personality each child brings to our centre. We work closely with families to create consistency between home and centre and ensure every child feels a strong sense of belonging.
As a team, we are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences, modelling positive relationships, and supporting tamariki to grow in confidence, independence, and connection with others.
