Caregiver Baylee Earle is a proud Māori wahine, born and raised in Rotorua.
After spending several years in Papamoa, she has recently returned home to continue her journey in early childhood education. With over five years of experience in the sector, Baylee brings valuable knowledge, warmth, and energy to her role at Nga Pakeke.
Coming from a strong whānau background in ECE, Baylee’s passion for working with tamariki runs deep. Her upbringing and professional journey have shaped her into an outgoing, kind-hearted, and nurturing caregiver who builds strong, meaningful relationships with children and their whānau.
As a mother herself, Baylee understands the importance of responsive, respectful care and creates a safe, loving environment where tamariki can thrive. Her hands-on approach, friendly personality, and natural ability to connect with others make her a cherished part of our team.
Baylee is committed to growing in her role and contributing to the learning and wellbeing of our tamariki. With her strong foundation, passion for teaching, and vibrant personality, we know she has a bright future ahead in early childhood education.
