My name is Jake and I am thrilled to be apart of the Kuaka team here at Beststart Ōmokoroa, i love supporting our set for school program and working with the soon to be 5yr tamariki. I have a range of experience working across the education sector in Early Childhood education, Primary schools and Teritary. My passions lie in Te Reo me ona Tikanga, gardening, the arts and reading.
We have a fantastic garden to table program in our room and we are looking at expanding this. I can also be found up a mountain or in the bush every other week enjoying the beauty and surrounds of nature. Teaching and helping others reach their full potential is my motivation and drive for getting into education and I look forward to working alongside your tamariki to help them see their full potential and develop into lifelong learners and future leaders of tomorrow.
