Where culture comes to life

At BestStart Manukau, we provide care and support for families from our vibrant, multicultural community.

Our centre is surrounded by beautiful trees and a lush garden, offering a peaceful space where children can connect with nature and learn through exploration. We care for children from 3 months old until they start school, offering full-day sessions from Monday to Friday.

Our philosophy is grounded in the four principles of Te Whāriki, New Zealand’s Early Childhood Curriculum, and guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi. These values shape our approach and ensure holistic learning for every child. We focus on Aroha (Love), Manaakitanga (Respect), Whakamana (Empowerment), and Whanaungatanga (Relationships) in everything we do.
