Will you follow my baby's sleep routine at childcare?
Yes. We aim to follow your baby's established sleep routine as closely as possible while they are in our care. Consistent sleep routines can help babies feel secure, well rested and more settled throughout the day.
Every baby has different sleep needs, and these needs change over time. Understanding a baby's usual sleep patterns, settling preferences and comfort routines helps create continuity between home and childcare and supports a smoother transition into care.
At BestStart, we work with families to develop an individual sleep plan for each baby. When your baby enrols, we'll ask about their sleep patterns, feeding routine, comfort preferences and settling rituals so we can provide consistent care. We also practice responsive caregiving, adapting to your baby's cues and working with you if their sleep needs change.
